The proposed site is a 13.03 acre industrial project at the intersection of Airway Rd. and Sanyo Avenue within the Otay Mesa Community plan area south planning district. The proposed development is to construct an industrial warehouse complex consisting of two (2) buildings totaling 234,520sf of concrete tilt-up multi-tenant industrial/distribution construction with building A 123,900sf, divisible into four (4) suites and building B 115,270sf, also divisible into four (4) suites. The Project includes 273 parking spaces with 6 motorcycle spaces and 50 dock doors. Building slab thickness will be 7” with a building height of 40 feet and a clear height of 32 feet. Other improvements include concrete pavement areas, hardscape and landscaping.
