With more than 40 years experience in the development, construction and management of complex projects, Chris brings a unique and comprehensive approach to the building industry. His extensive knowledge of construction methods and materials, combined with his ability to optimize budget and schedule performance, allows him to successfully deliver any large-scale project.
Chris has managed the design, construction and multi-discipline teams for projects of more than $1 billion and worked closely with lenders, developers and governmental agencies. Chris also has an extensive history in the renovation of occupied facilities, including those with high security and environmental standards.
Chris has degrees in Building Construction and a certificate in commercial real estate (development and finance) from the University of Washington and holds a Master’s Degree in civil engineering from Stanford University.

DAN SUVER
Managing Partner
Dan has over thirty years of experience in construction management and real estate development. He has managed well over $2 Billion in projects as well as individual contracts in excess of $500 million. Prior to joining RafterySuver, LLC, he served in a leadership role with several large scale general contractors as a team focused leader experienced in managing staff throughout the development and construction process, as well as an owners representative for large-scale, highly complex projects in the Pacific Northwest, Bay Area and Southern California Markets. These experiences have given him a unique perspective and skill set that has been invaluable for managing successful projects. Having started his career working directly for the General Contractor, then moving into an executive role with owner representation, Dan is educated in all phases of construction project management both technically and administratively, to include estimating, project budgeting / financial forecasting, logistics and technical consulting in large scale work environments.
Dan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Central Washington University. He is a LEED Green Associate and is a member of the Design Build Institute of America as well as The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.

KURT PETERSON

With more than 30 years of leadership experience in development, construction and project management, Kurt has provided global expertise in Owner Management services within the private, public and non-profit sectors.
Kurt has completed over $1 billion in projects and managed individual contracts exceeding $350 million. He’s a skilled communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus on overall objectives and budget. He’s also helped landed companies onto the INC. 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies.
Kurt has a degree in Construction Management from Boise State University and a certificate from the University of Washington’s Executive Program in Management.

RICHARD PEARSON

With more than ten (10) years in the construction industry Richard has managed both large and small scale projects in both the public and private sector including the North Satellite expansion at Sea-Tac airport.
Richard has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Minor in Business Administration from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
