Otay Airway

The proposed site is a 12.83 acre industrial project south of Airway Rd. and west of La Media Rd. within the Otay Mesa Community plan area south planning district. The proposed development is to construct an industrial warehouse complex consisting of a 247,480sf concrete tilt-up multi-tenant industrial /distribution building with approximately 235,480sf of warehouse and 12,000sf of office. The Project includes 276 parking spaces with 6 motorcycle spaces and 66 dock doors. The project will widen Airway Rd. to its full width of 76’ curb to curb with two driveways off the south side of Airway Rd. Building slab thickness will be 7” with a building height of 40 feet and a clear height of 32 feet. Other improvements include concrete pavement areas, hardscape and landscaping.
