Town Deer Valley

Town Deer Valley Apartments is a contemporary 388 unit apartment complex located in Phoenix, AZ.  There are nineteen two and three level apartment buildings with a clubhouse, fitness and maintenance building totaling 469,064gsf.  Work began February 2021 and is scheduled to be complete October 2022.

RSLLC provided design and constructability review as well as project oversight services.
