Legacy at Livermore

Legacy Livermore Apartments is a new mixed-use development located in downtown Livermore, CA.  The project consists of two buildings containing 222 units and 14,000sf of ground floor retail space.  The site also contains a five level parking garage with a pool deck at the top level and space for 392 cars.  Work commenced August 2019 and is slated for completion January 2022.

RSLLC provided design and constructability review as well as project oversight services.
