University of Washington Baseball Stadium

The Athletic Departments first Design/Build project consisted of a two phases approach with construction of a team building with locker rooms, restrooms, meeting rooms, coaches’ office, and a field viewing deck. Phase 2 included demolition of the existing grandstands and construction of a 2,200 seat stadium with a rear loaded concourse, partial roof, press box, luxury boxes, home and visitor’s dugouts, ticketing, concessions and public restrooms.
