The Boardwalk at Town Center Apartments is a five (5) building 455 unit apartment complex located along the waterway in The Woodlands, Houston TX.  The complex was constructed in 2009 with and extensive renovation and upgrade from October 2019 through June of 2020 while fully occupied.
