AMLI Oak Valley Apartments

AMLI Oak Valley includes a 24-story tower, as well as a mid-rise apartment building wrapping a parking deck. The tower will include 307 units, while the five-story mid-rise building will add 84 for a total of 391 units. The project is wrapped by a parking deck off Oak Valley Road and faces Marie Sims Park.  Completed June of 2020.
