The Washington State Convention Center Expansion

At a price tag of $1.8 billion the new Washington State Convention Center project known as The Summit, it 11 stories will add 1.6 million square feet of exhibit and meeting space and bring in millions of dollars a year in convention business for the City. The project will complete in summer of 2022.

RSLLC provided design and constructability review as well as on-going project oversight and consulting services for both the Developer and Convention Center Authority.
